Triumph Heart supports children with disabilities through medical outreach, therapy, nutrition, home visits, and specialised equipment. We strengthen families and help children grow, gain independence, and feel included in their communities.

Outreach clinics 

 

Our clinics assess children with disabilties, empower mothers, and deliver physiotherapy and follow-up care to help children grow stronger and more independent.

Nutrition Support

 

We offer nutritional support to children with disabilities affected by malnutrition through regular monitoring and the provision of supplements, ensuring they grow healthier and stronger.

Specialist Equipment

 

 

In Uganda, many children with disabilities lack essential supportive equipment. Triumph Heart provides customised adaptive chairs, standing frames, mobility aids, and feeding tools, enabling these children to gain comfort and independence while participating in therapy and family life.

 

 

Home Visits & Family Support

 

For families who cannot travel, our team provides home visits with therapy guidance, equipment support, and practical care. By meeting children where they are, we ensure no child is left behind and remind caregivers they are not alone.
