Growing with the Community

 

Much of the work occurs in the Jinja district and nearby communities. Our children receive physiotherapy, medical care, special mobility equipment, assistive devices, nutritional support, and practical assistance for their families.

 

Beyond direct care, Triumph Heart advocates for dignity and inclusion—challenging stigma and helping families build hope for the future.

 

Our Objectives

 

 

• To support inclusive education by training teachers, providing learning resources, and improving school accessibility for children with disabilities.

 

• To increase access to healthcare, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and assistive devices, while training professionals to deliver specialised care.

 

• To raise awareness, reduce stigma, and advocate for disability rights to build a more inclusive society.

 

 

• To empower families, community leaders, and faith groups with the skills and resources needed to support children with disabilities, promoting leadership, inclusion, and self-reliance.
